Our goal is to turn around your application as soon as possible. It should take less than 2 weeks to finalise the contractual process and complete 1-2 basic product training sessions. Such sessions can be in person or via video call.
No. That said, we find the more successful partners have existing experience in providing software into the segments we target (listed below) Such partners also have strong experience in using, training and supporting BIM360 Docs and/or Revit installations in larger engineering companies.
We see the primary need for large engineering teams to communicate better during the design or engineering process. That is why we offer our solutions mainly into BIM360 Docs customers (with 100 seats or more) that have access to customisations and that are working extensively in Revit. These can be large architectural practices, contractors, consultant engineers or BIM practitioners that work day-in, day-out inside Revit – yet also have a need to co-ordinate via BIM360 Docs.
Yes. We are keen to work with partners and their customers to find a solution that works best for everyone. We understand that each team is different and can accommodate various needs ad hoc if needed.
Both options are possible. Of course some partners wish to offer additional services bundled with, or additional to the RevitCommunicator package and so we are flexible to accommodate billings and payments in numerous ways.
Small modifications can certainly be accommodated where resources allow. Its best to talk to us to see what can / cannot be implemented in a reasonable time frame by our software development team.
Our platform runs on Microsoft Azure, Autodesk Forge and Revit APIs. Our Azure installation runs both data at rest and data in transit encryption and other SSL protocols to ensure that customer data is always safe and secure. Autodesk Forge and the Revit APIs are flagship developer products from Autodesk which many of the Autodesk partner eco-system relies upon.
